Page 1 of 3 All holidays operated by the Company either directly or through any representative, employee or agent acting on behalf of the Company are provided upon the following conditions: 1. Booking and Transfer 1.1 To make a booking you must send us a signed and completed booking form (as attached) together with a deposit of 10% of the cost of your selected holiday; 1.2 If you make your booking less than 8 weeks before the departure date for your selected holiday, you must send the whole of the cost with your booking form; 1.3 Whilst the Company reserves the right to refuse any booking, the Company will normally send an acceptance of your booking and (if the booking is made more than 8 weeks prior to departure) an invoice for the balance of the holiday cost which must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. Your Contract does not come into being until the Company’s acceptance of your booking has been issued; 1.4 If you do not pay any outstanding amount of your holiday cost at least 8 weeks prior to departure, the Company shall be entitled to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit; 1.5 Whilst you may transfer your booking to another person who meets the requirements of your selected holiday, you must notify the Company in writing of the details of such transfer and pay with such notification a transfer fee of £40.00 (or if the notification is less than 2 weeks before the departure date a transfer fee of £80 will be payable). You and the transferee will be jointly and severally liable to pay the cost of the holiday and any associated expenses. |
