3. Prices

3.1 The prices featured in the Company’s holiday programme are based on costs and exchange rates prevalent on 1st August 2008.  The Company reserves the right to impose surcharges after you have booked to reflect any significant increase in these costs or exchange rates;

3.2 A detailed Trip Dossier is provided with your booking form which will give you the most up to date information about your holiday and will supersede any earlier information you may have had.  It will be part of your Contract, so please read it carefully.
