1.3 Whilst the Company reserves the right to refuse any booking, the Company will normally send an acceptance of your booking and (if the booking is made more than 8 weeks prior to departure) an invoice for the balance of the holiday cost which must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. Your Contract does not come into being until the Company’s acceptance of your booking has been issued; 1.4 If you do not pay any outstanding amount of your holiday cost at least 8 weeks prior to departure, the Company shall be entitled to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit;
